Harry is recognized in the real estate business as an industry leader. His individual areas of expertise helped BayShore Agency enjoy continued success and professional growth until 2018 when the company merged with Coldwell Banker Riviera Realty.  Harry grew up surrounded by the real estate business. His parents had the vision to start BayShore Agency in 1967. Harry joined the firm in 1978. Having always believed that the key to success is knowledge, Harry obtained the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, the CRS (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in addition to earning his Brokers license in his first five years in the business.  Harry was also one of the first 500 Realtors in the US to be certified as an ePro (Internet Empowered Professional).  Harry is also a long standing member of the Ocean County Board of REALTORS, the New Jersey Association of REALTORS. Harry's resume includes a wealth of knowledge in the area of technology.
